The Aleph OPAC is the native interface of the Aleph integrated library management system that is maintained by FCLA. The connections to the 11 universities are below.

You can use this OPAC to search or link to a library's Course Reserve collection. Please note that many course reserve collections are restricted to currently registered State University students, staff or faculty members. To find Course Reserves, connect to the appropriate Aleph catalog below and click Course Reserves in the menu bar above the search boxes.

You can also connect to the Aleph Z39.50 Server to search the Aleph OPAC and/or the Aleph Course Reserve collection using your choice of bibliographic management programs (such as but not limited to, EndNote, Reference Manager, and ProCite).

Here you can find archival information that has monthly statistics for Aleph OPAC Transactions and Aleph OPAC Course Reserve and Logical Base Searches by institution. as well as annual fiscal year cumulations that list Aleph OPAC Statistics Summary and Statistics by Search Types for each institution. As of July 2006, the transaction data are taken from aleph log files, and search statistics are taken from aleph oracle search tables.

You can also find SUS OPAC Record Counts information includes monthly counts of bibliographic records, copies, orders, MHLD records, linked and unlinked items and authority records per processing unit.

Z39.50 Access to Aleph

You can also connect to the Aleph catalogs and Aleph Course Reserves via the Z39.50 Server. You may want to do this to search the OPAC and Reserves using your choice of bibliographic management programs (such as but not limited to, EndNote, Reference Manager, and ProCite).
