Licensed E-Resources
E-Resources funded by FCLA for the State University System (SUS)
FCLA licenses electronic resources on behalf of the Florida State University system. These resources enhance each institution’s ability to provide a rich research and learning environment to their students, faculty and staff.

SUS Funded E-Resources
The libraries of the Florida SUS also fund e-resources on behalf of their user communities. Check with the individual SUS libraries to see their complete collection of e-resources and other research materials.

FCLA as a Licensing Agent
FCLA also acts an agent for licensing e-resources paid for by groups of the SULs. These services include negotiating licenses on their behalf; advocating for equitable deals; and tracking service and contract terms.
General Licensing Guidelines
FCLA strongly supports the International of Library Consortium (ICOLC) guidelines for the licensing of e-content. In addition, the SULs follow the FCLA/SUL Guidelines for the Review and Negotiation of License Agreements for Electronic Resources.
