Our problem reporting system allows you to submit problem tickets for all FCLA services. The tickets can be either to report problems with or to ask questions about the functionality of these services.

Exceptions: Use FCLLIST for reporting when the systems are down. This communication method reaches the broadest audience at FCLA and insures the fastest response.

Use the Module listservs (e.g., CIRCLIENT or FCLA-SFX-METALIB) to ask questions of or have discussions with other SUL libraries about how they are using certain functionality or setting up workflows. If a problem/question remains unresolved after discussion, use RT.

For instructions during a specific time of day, you can follow the appropriate reporting mechanism listed in the Problem Reporting Hierarchy
